The building to the right is where North & South Korea met to have any communication between the two countries.  There is a large table in the middle of the room with a permanent line down the middle denoting North & and South Korea.  This is the only place where tourists can actually be in North Korea.  The soldiers stand at attention facing North Korea whenever anyone is around.  The large building in the back is in North Korea.  At the entrance there was a North Korean soldier watching us the whole time.
